We're moving again! No it's not a joke... Eric is coming home September 12th and we're supposed to be in Charlotesville, VA by October 12th. It's tiresome, but doable. He'll be doing another deployment soon with this new company (not the military), so Caralee and the kids will be back in Clovis in just a few months to endure that with the company they know and love here. After the deployment (6 months long), we'll all permanently move back to VA for a year at least. Are we adventurous or just plain nuts?? Ask me after the 6 month deployment please...
Lucas is potty trained (mostly). Doing better each week and can literally recognize all the letters in the alphabet and tell you their corresponding sounds too! We're not proud at all, can you tell?? :)
Violet is finally 13 pounds (I think) and is almost 7 months old. She's just as sweet as can be and is enjoying sitting up by herself and trying to crawl now. She's just squishy and cute!
Daily Duran
In August we had a great time doing all the fun summer things. We went to the Beach house in Oxnard with the Berrys . We really enjoyed going to the Watkins to see Johnny give his farewell talk before his mission in the Twin Cities. There were a couple of trips to Wild Waters Park on the days that weren’t too hot. Bella likes to play in the pools at Wild Waters and watch all the other kids and people act crazy. Both Amy and Thomas got new callings at church as well. Amy was called to be the new Primary President. That’s a pretty big calling and they knew she was pregnant. Thomas was called to be the secretary in the Elder’s Quorum. We loved having Amy’s parents stay with us for a week, but would have preferred it if they had been able to spend more time with us rather than at the hospital. We are very glad that Amy’s dad was able to get good care here and quickly resolve his health complications. At the end of August on the very last day we went in to have an ultra sound done on the growing baby. We found out we are having another girl. We are all excited and now debating over names.
